La Maison de Maître is a beautiful c1875 building set at the northern end of the village of Chagnon, Aumagne.
Formerly the master's house of a Cognac business, the property has been lovingly renovated and there are now
four individually styled suites available to choose from.
The price includes a continental breakfast available from 8h00-10h00 in our breakfast room where you will
also find a complimentary tea, coffee and chilled water station.
All bedlinen, towels and pool towels are also included in your stay. Free wifi is included throughout the property.
Check in is from 16h00 and check out is kindly requested at 10h00.
Please note we are an adults only property and we sadly do not allow dogs as we have two of our own!

The Champagne Suite
Located on the 1st floor this room is a sun-filled dream with its own entrance hall leading you off to your bedroom with king size 160cm bed and a chaise-longue to relax with a book and enjoy the golden evening light which floods in.
The bathroom showcases the Maison de Maître's original rolltop bath and a unique wash stand and generous shower cubicle make it the perfect place to unwind and refresh.
There is a three night minimum stay in the Champagne Suite.
The Line & Laurent Suite
Located on the 1st floor and named after the Richard family who last owned the Maison de Maiîre, the double-aspect Line & Laurent Suite is opulently decorated with teals and greens
The main feature in this room is a stunning bed crown over the 160cm king size bed, fit for royalty.
The ensuite shower room has a spacious walk in shower and above the basin there is ample space for toiletries. The WC has some of the best views across the fields opposite.
The Richard Suite is available for one night stays or more
The Cognac Suite
Located on the 1st floor this room has a hidden secret in the closet!
It has a bold blue theme, a luxurious velvet-headed 160cm king size bed and opulent chairs to relax and read in.
You can head through the wardrobe door and into "Narnia" as you find your stunning internal ensuite with walk-in shower and unique sewing table basin.
The Cognac suite is available for a minimum two nights stay.
The Lavender Suite
Located on the ground floor for those who don't like stairs, the Lavender Suite looks onto the front courtyard of the Maison de Maître.
The 160cm king size Four Poster bed is the main attraction of the room making for a wonderful night's rest.
The ensuite includes a spacious walk-in shower with marble vanity unit.
The Lavender Suite is available for one night stays or more.
